時(shí)間控制系統(tǒng)

Time control system

在設(shè)備控制界面，安裝有時(shí)間繼電器，操作者可根據(jù)清潔生產(chǎn)的需要，自由調(diào)整時(shí)間，時(shí)間繼電器從零秒到99小時(shí)可控制范圍，到達(dá)設(shè)定時(shí)間，清洗程序自動停止。

輸送系統(tǒng)

根據(jù)被清洗工件的形狀、體積、批量等確定超聲波清洗機(jī)的輸送方式及控制方式。典型的輸送方式有——懸鏈、網(wǎng)帶、雙鏈、步進(jìn)、電葫蘆、自行葫蘆、滾筒、轉(zhuǎn)盤、龍門架、機(jī)械手、吊籃、推盤等等。

根據(jù)被清洗工件的表面狀況，有的清洗機(jī)配備噴淋漂洗工序，由多組噴嘴噴出細(xì)水流沖刷，將超聲波清洗和噴淋清洗有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來。

烘干系統(tǒng)

根據(jù)被清洗工件的狀況，有的清洗機(jī)配備烘干系統(tǒng)，烘干系統(tǒng)主要由加熱器、風(fēng)機(jī)、吹風(fēng)噴嘴等組成，溫度自動控制。
